Week One: “Strength for the Woman Who Is Tired”

Some of us aren’t loud about our exhaustion. We show up. We work. We cook. We teach. We forgive. We carry families, classrooms, marriages, ministries. And quietly… we get tired. This week, we are not praying for hustle. We are praying for renewal.

🌿 Seasoned Soul Sister Prayer Circle

Week One: “Strength for the Woman Who Is Tired”

Opening Scripture

Isaiah 40:31

“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Reflection

Some of us aren’t loud about our exhaustion.

We show up.

We work.

We cook.

We teach.

We forgive.

We carry families, classrooms, marriages, and ministries.

And quietly… we get tired.

This week, we are not praying for hustle.

We are praying for renewal.

There is a difference.

Renewal is not pushing harder.

Renewal is being refilled.

Prayer

Father God,

We come before You as women who have carried much.

Some are tired in their bodies.

Some are tired in their marriages.

Some are tired of being strong for everyone else.

Some are tired of praying the same prayer over and over.

Lord, renew their strength.

Not surface strength.

Not performative strength.

But deep, soul-level strength.

Lift the woman who feels unseen.

Cover the one who is fighting silent battles.

Restore peace where anxiety has taken residence.

Bring clarity where confusion has been loud.

Teach us to wait on You without losing hope.

We trust that You see what others do not see.

We trust that You are working even when we cannot feel it.

Renew us this week.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.

Closing Encouragement

This week, breathe before you react.

Rest before you quit.

Pray before you panic.

You are covered.
